Look at the bottom layer of this pyramid this is your foundation, work hard to get this in place. If you are passionate about building strength don’t be afraid to work on these areas before you have completed the foundation, work on them in parallel.
Let’s take a closer look at the Wellbeing pyramid, we’ll start at the bottom left and work our way along the bottom row to determine the components which make up the balanced foundation.
These must become ‘forever’ habits:
- Varied diet based on needs
- Load bearing exercise
- Daily movement & mobility
- Steady state cardio
- Adequate sleep
