This stage requires more planning and analysis, a generic outline can only be that, an outline. Expect to create a calorie deficit through a reduction in calories consumed whilst paying close attention to your macros (ratio of protein, carbohydrates and fats). The calorie deficit will also be created through movement and exercise. Expect a slow and steady approach with scheduled periods when you will revert to maintenance calories.
